The undercarriage, suspension and brakes are spectacular, and this one could be a factory Dana 60 car.\n\nOil in the sump/pan shouldn't matter: Any engine builder worth their salt, especially one building a punched-out 440 to 505, would have used assembly lube (e.g. Lubriplate) on the bearings. Also, many (including me) used to have a ~1.5' rod with a hex drive welded to the opposite end.
