The scrape on the bottom I believe is from either the jack stands or the floor jack I used to raise the car to put it on jack stands. I think I owe all interested parties an answer so here it is. I had both the wife and I on the title so when my first wife passed away, I remarried and added the 2nd wife to the title. This caused the title to be reissued thus Carfax shows 2 owners. My name has always been on the title and I have the registration cards to prove that.
