It was grey and had a metal box . I was in the second year of my apprenticeship with Ontario ( Canada) Hydro. Ottawa was home but I was working in Peterborough. There was a beer strike in Ontario that year. I would take the car home to Ottawa on weekends and slip over the bridge to Quebec and fill it with beer in cases of 24. A \u201cflat\u201d or a case of twenty four cost $5.00 at that time. Once in Peterborough I would load a couple of cases in the back of the trike and deliver it to friends at $10.00 a case and others at $15 to $20 depending on how bad they wanted it. I had just turned twenty one that spring and it really felt like quite an adventure! Never cashed a paycheck all summer. \r\nI had bought it for $150.00 when the kick starter gear had broken inside the case and I was moving to my next posting I sold it for $300 to a mechanic at Byles Harley shop in Ottawa. It cornered flat or with the inside wheel lifted and it was scary crossing railroad tracks. Pulling in with other bikes at a \u201ccoffee shop \u201c got lots of attention, especially when I put it in reverse and backed it in.
