I will happily answer any questions to the best of my ability! A little additional history on this 10th Anniversary and why I decided to sell it. \r\nI purchased this from the original owner last October, who's family owned a local Pontiac Dealership. The gentleman, who I consider a friend, ordered this car (documents included) just the way he wanted for his 10th Anniversary, for his personal collection. Unbeknownst to him, GM had a processing error internally, and therefor the car was never sent to SLP to be included in the 139 examples that were ever produced. After recognizing the error GM notified him (his dealership) and they allocated one to SLP to complete the 10th Anniversary Package Edition. According to SLP, this was so rare that it only ever happened one other time, but with a Camaro SS. It's a one of one. SLP completed the car and the owner trailered to the Michigan offices of SLP to pick up the car to bring back to the dealership. He was given a tour by Ed Hamburger of the SLP facility at time of pick-up. This car was never added to the 10th Anniversary Registry as a result. He kept this car in a climate controlled garage, on carpet, since new, and took meticulous care of it. The only fault since owning it new was the convertible electrical motor went bad, and under warranty was replaced. He kept the original, and it goes with the car. Always had ethanol free fuel in it, and synthetic oil for the oil changes. He saved every document from order history and servicing that goes with the car. All 10th anniversary collectibles, many unopened goes with it. Just the amazing story and his care of this Firehawk made me a buyer! I collect Vettes so this was a departure. I decided to sell it as i'm looking to add to the vette collection this year and this doesn't fit in the space. It's going to make an awesome edition to an avid Trans AM collector! The only fault I found on the car was the inside driver side door panel, is cracked. I decided to not replace it to show it exactly as it came, which is quite common with this generation. Everything works as it should and I haven't found any faults. As mentioned, I will add any photos/videos of the car! There are a lot of people in the Vette community who talk about the \"tick\". And I've heard it, but it sounds quite different than what's in the video. The tick shouldn't be so loud, it should be very subtle and almost inaudible. Kind of a feathery sound. What I hear in the video sounds like a result of the car not being driven enough. Even when someone starts a car to let it run, that's not enough. It needs to be driven with different rpm ranges and the transmission needs to shift out. Hard to say what exactly the noise is but it's louder than everything else, even after the new gas. Great, GREAT looking car though, and I love it! You are better off to take your car out once a month and drive it for 25-30 miles on the back roads at 50 to 60 mph. The motor gets a chance to properly get up to temperature, the oil gets a chance to do it's job, clean and lubricate. Hydraulic lifters do not like being bled down for long periods of time, sometimes they will stick on bottom. In the \"old\" days we would drain a quart of oil, then replace it with transmission fluid which had a high detergent component, drive the car for a while until the motor was up to temp, then change the oil. This is not really needed today with modern oils and valve trains as long as the cars get exercised. The second video sounded much better, maybe the seller just let the motor warm up better under a higher idle RPM along with the higher oil pressure it \"unstuck\" that one lifter.
