Let me see if I can help. First off, there have been only been two owners. Well sort of, the dealership, Paul Miller in Greenwich CT, I think was technically an owner but not really. The narrative of the car, as far as I can tell, is that it got bought by a guy in greater NYC in 2006 who drove it a bit putting 11,500 miles on the car before sliding on snow and getting an accident on his property in December 2011. Car got sent back to Paul Miller whose body shop, for mere 47K, fixed it to standard and put some snow tires on the car. Car was then driven 800 miles over the next 5 years when, I was told, the owner traded it in for a new one. Given the miles I'm guessing he had another car. Actually, given that a fun fact about new Bentley purchasers is that they, on average, have 8 other cars, I'm guessing he had a few other cars. Buy the way, the purchase experience at Paul Miller was far and away the best car buying experience I've ever had. \r\n\r\nI picked it up at dealership in summer 2016 with 12,xxx miles on it and have driven it a fair amount, including some long road trips which it's awesome for. And here's the weird thing, it never breaks, hence the absence of service records. I have the oil changed and routine maintenance by my local Indy (Lloyds Automotive) , put snows on in the winter, keep it on a battery tender (included in the sale by the way, I don't think it's mentioned in the write up) when I'm not driving it and have done pretty much nothing else. I did go out to the local dealership once to have some new keys made when I put one of the originals through the wash. Car comes with 5 keys. The three originals one of which went through the wash and two new ones. \r\n\r\nOff all the cars my family owns this is the one that has needed the least care. Obviously no ding\u2019s or flaws but no swirll marks or orange peel and the black is deeper than Heidegger sighing at the Jungfrau on a stormy afternoon. \n\nSome car's paint looks good at 10 feet. The paint on this car looks good at 10 inches wearing 4.5x loupes. When I park it next to other luxury cars with their abundance orange peel and their environmentally sensitive paint pigments the difference couldn\u2019t be more stark. \n\nBut where the quality really shows up is at night under lights.
