This is my first BaT, so thank you everyone for the feedback. \r\n\r\nWhy am I selling it: I always wanted a Porsche since I was young. I've always loved the design. This was the first and only sports car I've ever purchased. I love the car, but I don't drive the car a ton. I put ~9K miles on is over 7 years. I also don't love to geek out on cars, which is probably evident from my posting, and I would love for someone who does to own this car. \r\n\r\nThe feedback over the weekend, is that the car is in great shape, and I should have done a better job detailing it so it would show better. Hence the debris in the front of the car. This goes back to why I am selling it. I did all the maintenance on it, anytime something broke I had it fixed. I also have a custom made car cover I keep on it while it is parked in the garage. So I took great care of it. But maintaining and fixing cars is not a passion. \r\n\r\nMaintenance records and car history: I have maintenance records going back to 2004. I have uploaded a bunch of them here. I didn't include all of the oil changes etc, but I have a full binder with all of that dating back to 2004.\r\n\r\nIs there any deferred maintenance: No, you can see from the records it has been inspected and had routine maintenance done on it. I had it inspected before I put it up for auction by the same person who did the inspection before I bought it. The previous owner and I use the same mechanic, so I knew the car's history then. \r\n\r\nDoes the rear spoiler work: Yes. Everything works. Sunroof. Locks. Trunk latches . . . etc. You can see from the records, anytime anything didn't work, it was fixed. The rear spoiler hydraulic mechanism was replaced a few years ago. It looks like it is leaking a little bit now, but it works fine. \r\n\r\nDoes it pop out of 2nd gear: No. You can rev up the RPM in 2nd, then take your foot off the gas and it stays in gear fine. I don't recall it ever popping out.\r\n\r\nDo you have a DME report: There was a test done in 2015 before the previous owner bought the car. There were no faults. The previous owner is a neighbor and friend. Between us I know it hasn't been driven hard. It was never raced or taken on a track. \r\n\r\nHow many keys: 2 - see photo. I'll even through in the Superman key ring!!!\r\n\r\nAre there any non-factory modifications: New springs were put on it years ago, so it rides a bit lower. The stereo was replaced, but I have the original stereo if you want to restore back to original. There was an aftermarket exhaust installed, but then it failed emissions. So I had it restored to original exhaust. I'm checking to see if I have still have the aftermarket parts. \r\n\r\nWhat needs to be done to the car: It probably needs new tires. I haven't replaced them. But I only put 9K miles on the car. You'll want to watch the rear spoiler hydraulic mechanism, but that seems to be the nature of these cars. The clutch is stiff when you start the car. It warms up after 30 seconds of driving and then is fine. I have had it looked at, and no recommendations for fixing it came.
