All EVAP has since been deleted, but it retained the charcoal canister for vapors. I don\u2019t have a GoPro or similar, so I taped my iPhone to the back window. It kept tapping the glass going over bumps.\r\n\r\nThe chassis is ridiculously stiff. You can jack 3 tires off the ground at the same time if you put it in the right spot. That makes it extremely good at cornering, and bumps are not too bad. \r\n\r\nRoad noise is great if you compare this to a track car. If comparing to an OEM vehicle with 150+ pounds of sound deadening tech, it\u2019s going to fall short. Windows up on the highway is pretty good as I sealed up everything I could to combat it. The first thing Everyone has said while driving or riding in this has been the sound of the turbo. Having the mid engine, your ears are locked on to turbo spool. I beefed up the rubber there, but never retried the experiment. My guess is rain will not be a problem going forward. \n\nThe sound issue is tough\u2026 the root of the remaining excess engine noise seems to be the glass window to the engine compartment. Subaru engines are mechanically louder than almost all other engines I\u2019ve experienced. Maybe a double glass setup would help. The exhaust is not too obnoxious surprisingly, but you could definitely add a second resonator or even switch to a baffled style one. I have a 2nd Borla muffler that I was going to try, I just have no time whatsoever.\n\nMe, maybe like yourself are used to power brakes.. It\u2019s a weird feeling when you go to manual.. I let a friend try it that races road course and said it felt really good actually. The proportioning valves were just for front to rear bias.. they are wide open. It will lock up the brakes easily when you try. I haven\u2019t tried anything different, though my plan was to outfit the same calipers and rotors as the front and use a small willwood caliper for the ebrake. It uses a coolant supplied heater core from Vintage Air. There is a dial on the controller to select. It has 3 fan speeds if I remember correctly with a thermostat dial ranging from full heat to no heat. No heat would be to get air blowing onto you on hot days. There is also a toggle switch that allows cabin air (default) as the supply source, or outside air sourced from the fender. Damage was from entering a Dunkin Donuts parking lot. The incline was too much for the splitter and it pushed the right front fender up cracking the fiberglass. Last winter I repaired the glass with new cloth and polyester resin. Filled where needed with Rage Ultra and finished in 2k primer. The paint that I picked up mixed apparently needed only 2 coats of base. I used 3 due to lack of knowledge and experience. The extra coat of base gave it more of a purple or \u201cCobalt\u201d hue. The fender repair itself can not be noticed even when pointing out. The color difference however can. I have both an aerosol as well as a pint of the exact paint which can be used to match if you choose.
