I had it inspected, tuned and aligned shortly after I got it and sorted out the issues that they found. It has been a reliable driver for me since. But I've only put around 100 miles on it, so can't speak to that long of a trip. If you did drive it that far, it might take you a while. It can cruise comfortably on the freeway at around 60 mph, but I prefer taking it on the back roads and 2-lane highways. If it were me, I would ship it.
