As for the vent switch, my belief is that it is a mechanical issue, and would require a dash removal. My mechanic stated that he could most likely slide the switch over to the main vent by hand. \r\n\r\nI have had no issues with the fuel injection system and had no recommendations on servicing it. Parts are getting harder to find and some NOS and even aftermarket stuff is already unobtanium in the easy-to-find places, like the plastic surrounds for the headlights on cars with headlight wipers. Love these W124s but parts availability is going to necessitate some diligent hunting. Lots of NOS parts are still squirreled away and will require you call around.
