In 1989 the new series 5 cars were introduced and gray interior was discontinued. Black was the norm, with some cars still getting blue interior. This interior is Black. The fading of the interior, the bubbling on the dash above the gauge cluster, and the hazing of the gear indicator are telltale sign that this car was in direct sunlight alot of the time. We especially see these signs on Texas cars, not sure why, but damn near every car we come across from Texas has dash bubble. In 1990, verts started getting airbags, so the dash is harder to find because it is different from the coupe dashes for 90-91. Being an automatic, this car is undesirable, but swapping to a manual is fairly easy and will look oem, nothing has to be altered body wise to be swapped.
