I imagine at that mileage the glow plugs are a bit tired. A better video would be a blow by test. You take the oil cap off and set it back on the fill pipe upside down. But 9 seconds of cranking is excessive. When I put new injectors in at 180k and hit the starter the engine fired instantly.
