So a little backstory. The style 24 wheels that are on the car are a very desirable set of wheels for the e36 chassis and are my absolute favorite looking wheels for this car. When i was in the market for a set of these wheels, I found that the front wheels had already been discontinued by BMW. The wheels are staggered so the rear is 8.5 and the front is 7.5. BMW Germany had a set of 2 rear wheels available brand new and i went ahead and immediately purchased the rear 2 wheels from BMW directly. I believe i paid $600-$700 for each rim. The front ones, again, were discontinued, so i could not find a brand new set. I have a dear friend who lives in germany who is also in the car industry and i sent him on a mission to find me a set of 2 front rims used as clean as possible, and within a few months he found the front ones for me. Of course, before buying them, he checks for any chips, curbrash, hairline cracks, and everything in between and once everything had checked out, he bought them and sent them over to me. Even though the front wheels were used, because they're so clean AND discontinued, i paid for them what it would cost for brand new ones from bmw. If you check out photo #199 in the listing, youll find the reciept for the rear wheels, but unfortunately i dont have any proof of purchase for the front ones as it was not from bmw. But of course, all 4 wheels on this car are guaranteed Genuine BMW, NOT REPLICA.
