Imported under EPA form code \u201cE\u201d, at least 21 years old. And DOT/NHTSA form exemption \u201c1\u201d, at least 25 years old. There's a duty to pay of around 3%. That's it. With that, registered it in Washington state with no issues, and not even an inspection.
