It uses vacuum to shift. You push in the clutch and pull the lever under the start button. It shifts the rear axle as well as the speedometer in order to remain accurate. All stock shifting mechanism. Everything came from the late Dan Krehbiel in Temecula. He rebuilds the Columbia's with some upgrades. Works perfect, never any issues. I don't recall the ratio but it would have been the most common. It's perfect for freeway driving. My goal was a post-war hotrod. As mentioned, the front is lowered with Drop axle. You can return to normal ride height by switching to stock front axle. You'll also need to change the shock links (which are stock rebuilt lever action type) and steering arm back to stock. Rear is lowered just by removing a couple leafs. \nAnd the Horn does in fact work.
