In 2019, electrical repairs were needed from mice in the garage and a slight water leak in the roof. I have the bill of these repairs on this listing, the previous owner spent almost $10,000 repairing these parts. This required the cluster & odometer to be replaced - seen in the CarFax. The replacement Odometer had a reading of 95,000 miles when it was installed, while the true mileage of the car was 45,000 miles. The previous owner had this done, and they only drove the car an additional 1,000 miles since then. They were an older couple and used it just for joy rides some weekends. So in reality, from 2017 to 2019 it was maybe driven 1,000 miles not 50,000 miles.\r\n\r\nI purchased the car with an Odometer reading of 96,000 miles (actual: 46,000 miles), and have since put on 6,500 miles myself. Currently reading over 102,000 miles, with the current actual car mileage over 52,000 miles. \r\n\r\nI am indeed the third owner. CarFax is representing the first owner as a 'corporate vehicle' for six months when it was first bought. I don't have details on the story this far back, But the first 'real' owner of this car had it until 2017, and it has lived in Virginia with the second owner until I bought it in May of this year. But it definitely was not underwater. It was a leak in the roof seal that went unnoticed for a short period of time and mainly just hit the carpeting which was replaced. \r\n\r\nThere have been no issues with the airbag, the only light is an intermittent ABS caution. I have seen it roughly once per month for the last few months. I had a scan done and the results of the scan are on the listing above as well. it is a fault in 'brake switch A circuit' which the mechanic did not seem very worried about at all.\r\n\r\nThe airbag light on that same scan document was from removing the seats to re-do the leather - this just happens when the seats are disconnected from the electrical wiring to remove them. There have been no issues with the airbag.\r\n\r\n@EP23 I have no reason to believe the airbag has ever deployed - if it did, it probably would have ripped up much more of that cover piece. I was told that the clutch was replaced at the same time as well. He had this done around 44,000 miles, and sold the car the next year to the previous owner in 2017. Since then, the new IMS and replacement clutch have been driven close to 9,000 miles on the car. Using the VIN of the car, LN Engineering has online documentation of the IMS replacement being done.
