The motor was installed in Columbia, and the mounts and clearances were not optimal. The truck would likely have been fine but I wanted it to be right. The vehicle was then moved to Safari HP where we decided to redo the motor install with proper Axis system which gained better clearances/cooling and exhaust path. The hours /mileage on the truck is actual and accurate. The Safari HP work took place during Covid which is why it took so much time. Definitely right now so if anyone needs any additional photos let me know. The truck doesn\u2019t smoke. I\u2019m not sure what others have done to tune these up but this is essentially a stock approach. I\u2019ll look and see if I have an old pic of the roof. We went with LINEX Ultra at the time over paint. The seam roofs have a tendency to leak and it looked like the roof and some sort of sealant at corners when I imported it. When they did paint prep and sanded it all down we decided on the ULTRA for the build. Looks great. The sills get foot scraped and it shows the spot pretty clear. I didn\u2019t replace it years ago when it was painted. They are cheap to buy. These trucks were hand made and not perfect to begin with so the little rivet spots etc where left like factory. In regards to the roof , I don\u2019t have any paint prep photos. It asked the painter if they may have saved. From memory when they sanded down it looked like someone had poorly painted and touched up. Might be able to see from photos below. The Linex ultra looks great and it can also be topcleared if anyone wants. This was the best decision to make a clean look and maintenance free. Truck came from a dry environment in Spain so it definitely wasn\u2019t rusted like some of the others I looked out. The floors are all clean and in tact. The other sills seem good but like you mentioned that one spot in hind sight I should have told them to swap the sill. Not a big deal to do now but it didn\u2019t bother me. I didn\u2019t build this truck to flip. The knobs control the vintage air system for the front. It does a decent job when you need it to. The rear zone is controlled by rear seat control knobs ( driver side /rear seat. I tested it but never used it for the driving I did. \r\n\r\nThe stereo is super easy to use. Bluetooth tether to your phone and stream away. There are 2 knobs in front of the cubby that control volume and bass. The whole system was dialed using an EQ system. It\u2019s adjustable but I haven\u2019t messed with it. The knobs are machined and have a set pin which you can remove and label with an image or have etched. The stock knobs from Vintage Air were a look I didnt like, so I opted for these. \r\n\r\nThe knobs for the stereo are coupled with the front seat heaters. One controls volume and the other controls bass from the subs. The picture of the AMP / EQ setup is not great. I couldnt pull the truck out early this morning, so its just phone light. Its a plexiglass enclosure with vent / holes for cooling as well as making adjustments if you want to for the AMP gains etc. There is also an EQ mounted to the side. I can tell you Mike with 1Chance is an unreal guy at setting these things up, so I didn't bother adjusting. The guy has a PHD and did national level audio contests, so I let him do his thing.
