When the hatch rusts it's fairly obvious around the handle. While that's not such a great pic, if it was rusty there you would see it. These all rust in the rear crossmember above the spare tire and bumper supports. These are not structural. It looks like the seller had these areas repaired in the invoices that are nearly $20K! Some of that includes the fun stuff bumper, lift, etc., but much of it was rust repair. Good news for the next owner as it looks like all major rust repair has been done. I've had mine for the last decade and love it. I treat it with fluid film every year in an attempt to keep the rust away. I don't know if it's worth it, but these rigs kinda get into your bones.
