I am the last guy to say I am always right but goes back to my point of who is going to go to the trouble to re-stamp a base hp car. I could see if it was an LT-1 or a big block, and in the big scheme of things if it is not the original block, we are only talking about maybe a10% difference on price for a base HP car.
