Brake caliper was disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt with a new piston, piston seal, bleed screw, dust cap, and brake pads. Caliper body was blasted and repainted. Both top and bottom rubber hoses were replaced with new as well. Top end of the motor was torn down, gear case was not split. Motor was in good shape, so just the cylinder bores were honed, head was disassembled to lap the valves.
