The tires are not thread bare, but they're not 60 k tires. They have between 16k and 20k on them and should be good for another 10k. \r\n\r\nI don't know much about the prior damage as my ownership started in 2019. I received a Carfax report when I bought the car and it showed damage to the driver side front corner with no description of severity. That report said damage was reported on November 14, 2016(not 2018) that was not necessarily from an accident. At that time, it was just delivered to the selling dealer in Fairfield, Connecticut. The car wasn't put into dealer inventory until December 2016. A likely guess would be shipping damage. I wasn't able to see evidence of damage when I bought it 3 years later.\r\n\r\nIn August 2019, I did damage to the same corner by parking over a concrete curb stop that had a piece of iron rebar protruding from the top of the curb stop. I didn't see it when I parked. While backing out, the rebar caught the bumper and pulled it away from the fender. I then looked at the rest of the parking lot and saw many other curb stops with the same issue. Pure negligence in maintenance of the parking area. The rebar holds the curb stop in place and should be pounded into the ground with the top level to the concrete. There is a photo in the group of the accident.
