AC compressor as well but that was not connected with the engine rebuild. The compressor was replaced in 2021 I think.\r\n--Front speakers were installed by Car Toys, everything else by PDA which is one of the better car audio shops in Denver. They did an exceptional job with the woofer. (The tried to cut the grill into an Audi 5 ring pattern but could not make it work.) You can see the woofer in the rear interior picture. Yes a slight knock is not uncommon after sitting in the cold. In fact, I had them pull the engine and troubleshoot a different knock after the rebuild. The weird thing was that knock only showed up when the car was warm, but only after it sat for 30 minutes. No knock cold, no knock warm but sometimes after 30 minutes. Not all the time. It really annoyed me. The owner was not happy. After paying $20k I was not happy either. The shop owner reassembled the valve train himself and installed new tensioners. The knock was gone after that. \r\n\r\nSo the knock is there, but the engine isa complete rebuild. A-M Tuned had to get a block and heads in good shape and rebuild it from there. I spent a lot of time trying to find a crate engine, but I think I missed the window by a year.
