Plenty out there with this style wheel in the back. I did find an article, will paste some of the info\n\n\"Tractors never came from the factory on cutoffs - from ~1933 on they could be ordered on rubber from the factory on wheels with rims designed for rubber tires. However, many tractors pre-dated the rubber tire option and were on steel wheels, and steel wheels were ordered by many farmers who doubted the utility and life of rubber tires.\"\n\n\"As time passed and rubber tires became more popular (about 2-3% of new tractors in 1933 were ordered on rubber, while by 1939 about 85% were ordered on rubber). As a result, farmers with steel wheel tractors saw the advantages of rubber, and they decided to convert to rubber rather than buying a new tractor.\"\n\n\"Steel wheels usually used flat spokes, and wheels designed for tires usually used round spokes, so a rough rule of thumb is if the wheel on rubber has flat spokes it is probably a \"cutoff\".
