You have to remember these are handmade vehicles ,and that comes with quirks (and character) that most cars don't have. 2013 was a model year right before a few problems were worked out. I've put considerable money in mine to update it and take care of problems that were fixed in 2014 and subsequent model years. No way you will fit unless the extra 6 inches are all above your waist and you have disproportionately short arms also. If so, good news-- you will fit and you have a promising future career in a sideshow also. \r\n\r\nAlso to add to the comments of RetroSuperHero about upgrades, the earlier models do definitely need some attention (although they are quite drivable and enjoyable without them). I'm 5'8 and the pedal box in my 3W is extended all the way forward so I am not sitting high up and 'in the wind' when driving mine. Instead I'm slouching a bit like I'm in a single seater race car. Because of that I can crouch behind and use that little windshield - and it does exactly that to a degree - protecting me from the wind. You actually sit very low in the car, much like in a formula car. I feel that the windscreens do a pretty good job of protecting you, but you might catch a bug on the forehead (part of the experience). On a long drive, I do wear earplugs because there is a lot of wind noise and road noise, similar to a bike. Plenty of leg room, but snug side to side. With a jacket and hat, comfortable in the 40s, enough air to drive in the 80s. Realistically, 0-60 in 6 sec, but I haven't wished for more power. Because you are so low, speed/power sensation is enhanced.\n @TrueValue: Mine has low miles, not because It isn't a lot of fun, but because I have a lot of cars (all other 3W owners I know have multiple cars). The M3W fits that bill. \r\nJust after purchase I took mine to a Porsche Club Drivers Skills event to feel out what it would do at the limit of adhesion (and beyond) on a skid pad, accident avoidance, etc. It was great. No bad habits. Surprisingly predictable. \r\nDo expect that years 2012-2013 will have greater maintenance costs in updating some of the components. If you total all possible updates and do them at once, you're looking at close to $8k. \r\nThe M3W's are not for everyone. The list of what they don't have (doors, windows, ABS, traction control, power-anything, etc.) leaves you with something akin to a 1930's driving experience but with modern components. Every dry day possible, I'm out in mine. At 5'10\", I find the cockpit comfortable. Wonderful engine noises. \r\nI think some of the low mileage cars are due to being purchased by people who've never ridden motorcycles and simply are used to waiting for perfect days...which then may have a conflict with other obligations. Some number of owners have put 20-40k miles on their M3W's already.\r\nWithin reason, they are all mechanically the same. So, there has been an emphasis on personalizing them--which, of course, makes more money for Morgan. Whether left plain or with removable decals, they seem to encourage people to fiddle with them. Part of it is, if you take yourself too seriously or are insecure about what people might think of you, it's not the car for you. I continue to be amazed at the number of \"thumbs up,\" smiles and friendly laughter I get. In a time of people with their noses in their phones, this is a refreshing change.\r\nThe original performance numbers for the cars were part fantasy, part due to special engines that were supplied to the motoring media. Standard 0-60 is about 6 seconds. Quick, but this is not something you buy for drag racing. Surprisingly nice ride. The Mazda 5-speed transmission is a joy. The fuel injected S&S engine seems close to bullet-proof. I get about 25mpg around town; about 42mpg on the highway on premium fuel.\r\nUnderstand that what you're buying is character.
