Love these limited editions. The wheels look suspiciously like the NC3 wheels to me, but they're probably just similar. \r\n\r\n@Eriz NC Miatas are especially reliable and long-lived. The 2009+ models featured a number of updates/upgrades namely forged internals and a higher redline, along with a slightly taller 6th gear, and I think slightly revised suspension etc. The only real mechanical issue that I'm aware of on the NC is either periodic replacement of the coolant expansion tank or a one time aftermarket (aluminum) tank. On the NC, it's an integral part of the cooling system and as such, pressurized. Some have failed leading to catastrophic engine overheating. I'd opt for an aluminum one myself, even on a cherry model like this one. OEM parts are still available from Mazda for around $75, aftermarket ones are right around $300, but you'll never have to replace or worry about it again.\r\n\r\nLastly, NC1 Miatas suffered from an absurd ride height and a subpar suspension. All easily rectified either through adjustable coil-overs or a more traditional shock and spring package. Aftermarket options are nearly endless and readily available. The NC is a great platform and they're no longer a hidden gem amongst Miata aficionados.
