My list does show it with a 1600 installed.\r\nPractically speaking, with a 1600 installed, whether this is a 1300 Super or 1600 Super, in the driving and looking it'll be a great car. Late 1300 Supers with four headlights were very little different from 1600 Supers. Every bit of trim inside and out was the same save for the 1.3 and 1.6. .. markers included. There was no hood trim nor rocker trim. Open the hood .. all the same. In a stroke of genius, Alfa planted a 4.78 RE in the 1.3 which gave it almost the same performance top end in all gears but first of the 1.6 which carried the 4.56. Fractions of a second were to the advantage of the 1.6. BTW they badges aron the C-pillar are and embellishment of the PO also. Great car with ATE brakes shedding the troublesome Dunlops earlier on.. hydraulic clutch.. hanging pedals.. easily converted to a 2.0 which sadly many have. Also one of the nicest steering wheels in the ALFA lineup, before and after. I own one and made several trips of about 4/5000 km with it. Light modified suspension and balanced engine. I had to change all the the sheet metal you see expect the roof. Even had to replace the thrunk floor and the inner rocker panels. At the time I was restoring it I still could get original panels. Furtunately \r\nthe floor had only one Problem. This car looks extremely better than my car when I started. In my opinion the Giulia is an underestimated car. This example has a great color, buy it & get the original steelwheels and seats. They are just a breathing cavity. The dogleg behind the door rear door is a common trap for rust and the bottom of the door skins also the foot wells succumb to leaking seals and trapped dirt inside doors and the padding underfoot was a great trap for water usually undetected until it is too late to to stop the damage,, ala 356's.
