When I had the car in California it would happily cruise at 75 and had much more torque. Battery was replaced when I purchased the car and I have not removed it since for inspection. I have used the jack points multiple times with no issues. I can't imagine you would have any issues driving from my location to Oregon but personally I would have a mechanic do a check on the critical mechanics and perhaps a tuneup prior to that long of a journey. The farthest I have ever driven the vehicle is from the mechanic that did the engine back to my garage which is about an hour drive.
