He told me his wife had nicked a parking space block. He showed me a picture before it was repaired, and the actual nick (no crack) in the fiberglass was about the size of a nickel or dime. When they removed the original star shield a chip of the paint came with it. The repair was \"spot blended,\" and you can kind of see where the repair was made. I'll try to get a photo of it when I return home from my work travels this weekend. You may be able to zoom in on the front end photo and see it, but you really have to look in the right light to notice it. \n\nIn regards to maintenance, and records. I do not have records from previous owners. I changed the brake pads in late 2018. In 2019 I had to replace the MAF sensor (I think it says MAP sensor in the listing, I must have missed that when reading the draft). When I purchased the car it had an ITG intake on it, but when replacing the MAF sensor, I don't remember the exact issue with the intake...but I think it was a foam joint of some sort that had deteriorated. So I ended up replacing the ITG intake and MAF sensor as a whole. I believe it was purchased through Hanger 111 in the UK, but can't remember, and I can't find an email regarding that subject. I replaced the sagging roof lining over the winter, repaired the leather connection to the shifter ring, as well as the driver side interior black plastic door pull handle near the top of the door. I could probably find a receipt for that stuff but it doesn't add up to much. I had the Instrument Cluster repaired last September at around mid 54k miles. A common problem, from what I understand is the solder joint cracks for the main power connector, so a hard bump (any bump really with sport suspension) would cause the Cluster to lose power. I provided this service document during the listing process but it doesn't look like it was added. I'll upload it upon my return. Other than that routine maintenance was changing the oil every 6 months.\n\nModifications, other than the intake I haven't done anything else to the car. I do have the original sales receipt from 2005 which shows a \"sports exhaust\" was added. I'm really one of only a few Elises around the Cincinnati area, so I can't really tell you if it sounds any different than any other Elise, and this is the only one I've ever driven. I was under the impression that the holes in the seats where from the factory? I could be wrong, I didn't add them, and there's no bar in the back for a harness. I'm not sure the benefit of adding them? The previous owner didn't track the car. I was also under the impression that the Cobra Security System (immobilizer) was standard on all Lotus, and I believe something similar was used up to the Evora GT's? In ohio, when you have a lien on the car, the original title goes to the bank. When the loan is paid off and you go the BMV, they give you a replacement title. The first time this happened to me the BMV said the only way to get the original title is to buy the car outright, otherwise its a replacement title. I don't think I've sold a car, where someone hasn't asked that question ha! The \"replacement\" seems misleading to me, but I can assure you the title wasn't lost, and its not a salvage car.
