A total of 15k worth of work was done then. I was told that this is not uncommon for 928's that are not driven enough to corrode the heads. There is a picture in gallery of that work order documenting that service. I have every service from day one, along with the window sticker (pictured) and origninal bill of sale (pictured). Following the work orders in file, carfax, stamping in booklet, all point to a maticulous service history and a complete validation of the correct milage. Upon purchase, I had a few thousand dollars of work done to the car to make sure that all fluids were flushed. Vacuum hoses, all fuel lines, etc. were addressed so that it would present itself as the most correct example known to hit the market of this vintage. The tires are only a few hundred miles old and look brand new with still having the nubbies on the sidewals. There is no paintwork of anykind done to car except for paint correction on the left front fender by previous owner. The hood was removed so that it could be properly buffed and cleaned. We also replaced the foam liner on the underside of hood which often requires removal of hood. It has retained the original rare orange Porsche crest. I welcome anyone to visit the car. It is on the lift and can be inspected by perspective buyer. I have a small Porsche collection and realized that this car being so special should be in a collection where it is driven rarely. He lost the keys and hadn\u2019t driven it in a yr, it had 3800 miles on it! A yr later he got a sent from Germany but then the drivers side door glass won\u2019t go up and it set in his garage another yr or so.
