A small amount of surface rust but solid.\r\n48 There was a 5x7 Alpine speaker in the dash when I bought the car. I added a 5\" speaker which fits nicely into a hole in the sheet metal behind the firewall. The longest drive I've done was two round trips to the Santa Cruz mountains, a distance of 125 miles each way. I drove my 1969 Saab 96, which has a lot more miles on the V4 engine, non-stop to Portland, a distance of 580 miles. No problems with either car. The most common issues are clutch hydraulics and it is good to carry a spare slave cylinder which is easy to replace. The engine has never overheated, even on hills at 70 mph on a 100 deg. day. I then installed the mechanical switch sourced from Ashcraft that is show in slide 53.\r\n[] The shocks are KYB and still in good working order.\r\n[] The seats and all the upholstery and carpeting is original to the car.
