American cars of this era are quite popular over there. He and his son restored it and found that after sanding down the body that there were two bullet holes in it with the bullets lodged in the wooden body frame. The Sellers have included correspondence we had with them respecting the service work that we did recently to make the car as bullet -proof reliable as any 95 year old car can possibly be. The owner of the car was so loving of the car that he even insisted on making sure the clock in the rear seat compartment was repaired and working properly!\nBring-a-Trailer's written description includes comments about an added electric fuel pump - I want to clarify that this is used for priming only after the car has been sitting for an extended time (or as an emergency back-up). The original vacuum operated fuel pump works properly and is the primary fuel pump.\nAlso, it is not accurate to say that the rear trunk was fitted in 2024 as the trunk had been with this car presumably since new. We did re-secure the trunk to the luggage rack in preparation for the sale. \nAlso noteworthy is that the work we performed on this car included installing a new, Henningsen produced, Carburetor (https://pac-carbs.com/). The carburetor that was on the car when it came into our shop was a poorly executed reproduction from Henry Yeska.\nWe also had a new radiator core installed in the car.
