Yes, they're from different vintages, but the car has had the black hood / cowl / trunk for a while.\n\n2) Tires can be changed. That said, the Achilles are fantastic. I'd compare them to Toyo or Bridgestone Rival S tires. They are 160 treadwear which means they're STICKY. At the same time it doesn't seem possible how well they've been wearing. My tire distributor said he hates them because they last so long. On a car that's 1,750lbs, tires and brakes last much longer than on a standard sports car.\n\n3) Cooling--The car cools very well, and has the \"coolant reroute\" which is common for these engines when they see track time. The swirl pot is custom, and makes everything work better. The car was getting a lot of air into the engine bay, so we a) rerouted the side air intakes to Singular Motorsports brake ducts (forgot to list that). The hood vents do a great job making sure the hot air vents out and that there's low pressure behind the radiator to pull the air through. We track at Streets of Willow in the summer in 110 degree weather with no problems.\n\n5) Serial number--This is part of the California SB100 system. The Catfish is actually in the Department of Transportation national database, so it comes up in any DMV. That said, I can't guarantee what hoops would need to be jumped in any particular state.\n\n6) One of the greatest parts about any car--for me--is that they're never done. I'm always changing, improving, testing, trying.
