The car hasn\u2019t been carbon cleaned, I bought it with 23k miles and given it only has 47k now it wasn\u2019t time. What I\u2019ve researched seems to be 50k miles would be the earliest suggested mileage, most doing it 65k+ miles from my findings/ discussions. As for the \"rust\" its on top of the paint, ill grab a better pic. Rock chips have been touched up by previous owner. There are minor blemishes like rock chips and small scratches here and there.
