Wind was blowing pretty good and a side blast blew me off the road and into some rocks in the barrow pit. I was doing 50-60mph. Bounced around a bit and got it back on the road. I can not remember if I stopped to look for damage or just kept going. I was 19-20 yo at the time. But next oil change it took one quart less than it should. Things had flexed enough the front axle contacted the skid plate under the oil pan and accordion it up a bit. You are correct it is a single stage paint. No sheet metal was patched using filler. Replacement steel was used. On the exterior body, the rust removal was concentrated to a lower area behind the passenger door. The other area that was corrected was the rear cargo area along with new underside structure. You are correct, factory front brakes. Drums at all 4 corners with new wheel cylinders at all 4 corners. \r\nThe temperature gauge system is working, and thermostat is opening. The gauge doesn't seem to be calibrated correctly. The needle does rise with engine temperature but rests below the \"C\" upon a cold start. Engine operating temp was confirmed with an infrared temperature gun at the highest level the needle reads.
