As long as the bottom/sides of the frame rail are the only parts affected the fix is to cut out the old section, weld in a new patch and paint. I suspect as long as there's no active rust under there though there's not really any point to fixing it.\r\n\r\nThis car has definitely not lived outside in the snow, the engine bay would not look nearly as clean as it does if it did.\r\n\r\nIf the final price is less than 60k I would call that a great deal.
