I basically drove it about 1 mile to the nearest Firestone straight away and they replaced the entire radiator which fixed the issue. (Unfortunately the whole OEM radiator and fittings are all one piece)\r\n\r\nI'll try to get a video of it raising and lowering when I'm done with work tomorrow. \r\n\r\nThere's no evidence of any accidents and the car has a clean history, so I can't really comment on why the badge would not be there. I read through the work order in regards to the coolant issue. common issue at this age and an easy fix. \r\nDoes the heat work as it should? after the coolant leak/hose failure. But at this time, it was thought to just be a loose hose clamp. This first time it leaked, it was in my neighborhood, where the the Firestone and everything else is within about a 2 mile radius. \r\n\r\nI took it to Firestone, they filled it up and said all was good to go. I drove it once and the leak popped up from the same spot.\r\n\r\nOnly upon taking it back the second time, did they realize that the plastic fitting had cracked which helps keep the hose in place and replaced the radiator.\r\n\r\nApologies for any confusion about this.
