One is still on it\u2019s original hydraulic seals at 120,000 miles while the other one was done six months ago. Top hydraulics sells a exchange set which makes things easy. Four of the cylinders are fifteen minute jobs but the other four required taking apart the rear seats and side panels. A full afternoon!\r\nAll Mercedes of this vintage suffered the wiring harness issues. There are three (engine, starter, throttle body) but replacement is straight forward and doable by anyone with basic mechanical skills. All of my belt presenters are original. The rubber pieces at the end of the arm do wear out and are simple to replace. The seat belt cuts through the rubber every couple of years. The mechanical parts such as engine and brakes are long lived and easy to service. The rest of the car is bombproof. They are great overall cars. Comfortable, quiet and built like a tank. They will run forever with the proper maintenance. The MB engineers threw the accounting team out of the room when building it. I can attest to having owned many as well as selling many and trust me it\u2019s a great car to own. Even with 12k on this clock you can drive it some and you won\u2019t lose your mileage value as these cars continue to rise. The color is superb and the boxes all checked makes it a grab! The other, lighter green (Code 249) was called \"Spruce Green Metallic\" in the USA and \"Malachite Green Metallic\" elsewhere. The lower cladding on Code 249 cars was a lighter shade of green.
