The previous owner kept an unofficial log of each service done in a word document as well as the invoices from Autohaus from 2019-present. I do have those records, but have found that the service details submitted to Carfax by Autohaus are far more comprehensive. I spoke with a service advisor regarding having the rest of the official invoices printed, but was told their systems do not store records going that far back. Mechanically, this car is excellent condition with no expense being spared whenever a part was showing signs of wear or needed to be replaced. The car has also always been garage kept which has contributed greatly to the overall condition.\r\n\r\nCosmetically, I would consider it to be in very good condition for its age, but not without its flaws. There are a few dings and scratches in various places from normal wear and tear. My hope was the video walk around would be the best way to accurately show the overall condition. \r\n\r\nThe most glaring issues on the exterior would be the \u201cresidue\u201d marks on the top of the hatch the then paint chip on the rear driver side quarter panel. I hit the residue marks lightly with a polisher and compound but was not able to remove them. I am far from an expert in paint correction and feared I would do more harm than good by pursuing it further. The paint chip on the rear driver side quarter panel has resulted in a small amount of surface rust, but it does not seem to have penetrated the metal. The front and rear bumper covers have some scratches as shown in the photos and the wheels do have some curb rash. \r\n\r\nAs far as the interior goes, it shows typical VW/Audi wear for this generation. Primarily on and around some of the buttons as well as around the ignition. The headliner had begun to sag in the rear which I over-ambitiously took on the task of replacing (the fabric) last year. This was not my first headliner replacement, but it was the first of this size and I am the first to admit that while the majority of it turned out well, many of the detail sections, particularly around the sunroof and overhead controls, did not turn out how I had hoped. Simply put, some mistakes were made and I own each and every one of them. I encourage you to look at the back half of the video walkaround where I focused in on some of what I am referring to.\r\n\r\nPlease let me know if there are any further photos or videos you would like to see, especially in regards to these areas. I am working on finding a shop nearby willing to put the car on a lift in order for me to take some detailed photos of the underside of the car.
