He is now married, in a new house, with a new baby and life moves on. I'm happy for both of them but at 81 years old I don't need it back (he offered).\n The car does come with all the original pieces including:\n Rear sway bar w/ drop links\n Original steering wheel\n horn pad\n factory ss heater boxes \n Note that the dashboard includes a gauge that includes oil pressure and temp like a 904. Gas gauge has been moved to the center console.\n The original Blaupunkt radio has a separate micro switch next to the steering wheel that allows use without the key (original cars do not have an accessory position) \n We do not have the front fender marker lights as they were discarded. A matter of personal taste. There is a Factory right side mirror installed in the original spot . The spot welded bolts are in place from the Factory (they shipped 914's all over the world), all you have to do is find them.\n I can attest to the mileage shown as the service book in the car records every service, every modification, every oil change and every gas stop over the last 48 years.
