I believe that a 289 with a two barrel ( 210 hps) would have had single exhaust and the 225 hps (four barrel) would have had dual exhaust so this is sort of a combination. I believe the interior has been totally redone, and done very nicely, based on the red headliner (white came standard) and the texture of the vinyl as well as the stitched pleats. Rear portions of headlight bezels and bodies of taillight housings up until the portion surrounding the lens were painted body color from the factory, but are not objectionable to me at all as presented. Like you I don't mind the additional chrome around the tail lights and head light, just not original.
