It depends. 2003 was prob the best year being that the majority of the previous year issues were sorted. A 1998 with a replaced engine block is another great year because it was pre ABS TT4. But the big ticket item how the truck has been maintained over the past 20 some years. 99% of trucks sold will need a good amount of work to get them where they should be. The majority of the owners and mechanics out there don\u2019t know much about these trucks and \u201cup to date maintenance\u201d is not just an oil job. Do your research!!
