They are more fun than a barrel full of monkeys and quite simple to maintain. Two ways that these cars can deteriorate with no solution is rust and sun damage. Since this was a Florida car I am pleasantly surprised there is no rust anywhere from what I can see. There is some sun damage to the FIAT logos which could have easily been replaced with factory parts but that interior is in original condition and incredible! There is no carpet fade, no dash cracks, and no seat tears anywhere. The paint looks original but I'd like to hear confirmation from the owner. Considering the interior condition the 33k mileage looks believable. The warp in the front bumper fill strip can easily be smoothed out with a heat gun. This car is the last of the carbureted 1.5L 5 speeds sold through Fiat dealers. I believe those steel wheels were only outfitted on a very small number of cars. This is a non-AC car which might seem a negative but the factory AC outfitted in these cars was heavy, cumbersome, overcomplicated and didn't do much except rob horsepower. The car is better off without it in my opinion. Very nice car.
