With the last year of the \"flat-glass\" windows in the 1960's, makes this a more rugged trailer than the 1966-68 model years. Bath was nicely upgraded, while keep much of the \"Aircraft\" bathroom design. While the twin model is great for sleeping, it does have far less storage than the double model in the bedroom area. Sadly, like many, the original refrigerator has been replaced with the smaller model, but again, nicely done. Being the \"International\" model, it has the upgraded cherry wood giving the trailer a very finished look. Appears the axles were replaced with the original 22.5 down angle (great choice) while using the Sendel wheels currently being used by Airstream vs. the original 7.00x15 inch wheel/tires giving the trailer a newer vs. vintage look. With Zipdee's all the way around helping keep the trailer cooler on sunny days. We were in Yellowstone at Pebblecreek campground with no hook ups and at night it went below freezing. We used the little propane lamp for the first time and I was amazed that it kept the camper warm. 3 people also helped. It doesn't take much to heat them, especially if it's not below freezing. The forced air is nice in the winter though since it also heats the water tanks. I love this one, mainly since it is an International. Looks like Walnut on the inside. Based on your info, you did what was right to do and replaced the subfloor in the rear, updated the toilet (GREAT JOB), with an update toilet since you can't find parts for the original. This is the PERFECT trailer for someone with two kids to go enjoy the open road. I just hope the new buyer uses the trailer to \"travel\" and not make it an extra bedroom in their backyard. If they want a trailer to sit, buy the one with the residential cabinets, etc.. I towed it with my 454 1 ton pickup, couldn\u2019t even tell it was behind me.
