Buyer should plan on replacing them before doing any significant driving. Also note the original tires that came on a GP2 were really track tires and barely street-legal. The tread depth is minimal, even when new. The Owner's Manual also cautions about the risk of aquaplaning in wet conditions due to the shallow tread depth. The wear rating on the original Kumho tires is much less than other performance tires intended for street use. Most original owners of GP2 only got a few thousand miles before needing to replace them.
