I believe a proper interior and exterior detailing would transform this car completely. I see minimal items to be corrected, the shift knob, tightening the storge nets on the seats, and perhaps a new trunk badge. It appears to have a 100 front bumper as the correct S4 bumper flares out to meet the fender line. It may take a while to locate a S4 bumper but they are out there, most being horded by the urS community at large (guilty). If this turns out to be someone's DD, nothing wrong by continuing to run the 100 front bumper. I know several urS owners that have removed their urS bumpers and run sacrificial A6 front bumpers on their DD's. The one under carriage shot shows a very rust free vehicle, much more so that the 11K mile example that sold here in 2018 for 33K.
