I noticed the performance difference in the S8 driving it at lower elevations. No such issues with a turbo engine, which is why turbos were much used in early aviation engines.\n\nAs mentioned by @WhiskeyMike, the gas tank is a bit small for such a powerful car. I can count on one hand the number of times I've gotten 300 miles on a tank.\n\nIt has five cameras (one in the trunk lid, two on the door mirrors and two at the top of the front wheel arches), but not one of them pointing forwards. You'll want a forward camera to avoid crunching the Alpina spoiler on curbs.\n\nAlso, it has ventilated seats, but you'd be excused for thinking the system is inoperative. I took mine in to have it checked out because I could barely feel it when it was on max.
