This is an early pre-cross flow head (intake and exhaust on the same side). I don\u2019t recall what year the switch was made from 1340cc to 1499 cc in the Cosworth head \u201cSuper\u201d Seven. 1558 cc is typically the displacement for twin-cam Lotus engines. A lot of period correct parts and details here. It really doesn\u2019t look at all like it\u2019s a rebadged Caterham or some other such thing. This looks like a really nice car. The title indicates there were 2 owners between '78 and '83. Apparently the work on the frame done by Arch Engineering was performed during its ownership in Kent. \r\nLotuspilot in West Virginia bought the car from the NJ owner in early 2001.
