I although wonder how this car can be said to maintain 65 psi oil pressure as the way to determine it is only on a warm engine - not at 65 degrees C .\r\nHere we have a 30 mph speed on a cold engine running at 2 000 rpm. It is also important to know the grade of oil which should be 20W50. \r\n\r\nA good engine will maintain 40 psi at 3000 rpm over a long drive, at around 80 C temp. It will then idle at 20 psi and temp will rise to 85 or even 90C. Once engine is stopped, temp may weel rise 100C + but will rapidly return below as the engine is started again, more so with an upgraded rad. All these are required to be sure of the engine's health \"by the numbers\".
