The tires have ~5,000 miles on them with little wear. Car was always stored indoors, and I took care in the off-season to move the car around to avoid tire flat-spotting. Pads and rotors have been replaced with Genuine Honda OEM (also so are my oil filters, fluids, etc). Undercarriage is is pretty flawless. Exhaust system still looks new - you would never think you were looking at a car made in 2006. Prior owner never ran it in the rain. I only ran it in the rain a few times by accident. Was not driven much in winter or on salty roads at all. They can be made almost as soft as stock or extremely stiff with a turn of the dial on the top of each coil over- no tools needed. They are Ohlins Road and Track- they are very high quality. \n\nI am including the original OEM coilovers with the sale. Coilover replacement takes only a few hours and a 12mm wrench, plus an alignment if you wanted to bring it back to stock. \n\nI beleive you are getting confused about the weatherstripping and the top. All of my photos have the top up with the windows down, which makes the weatherstripping show. With the windows up there is no exposed weatherstripping. There are now bows or any irregularities with the top. The prior owner replaced the top, I do not have documentation on it, however he said there were three price point options for the top replacement and he chose the most expensive, for what it\u2019s worth. I live in NY; roads aren't the best. Its slightly stiffer; but i would describe it as a 'different' ride as opposed to stiffer. The Ohlins handle larger bumps better. Reduced body roll. Better control over those phantom bumps mid-corner. If you research this coilover setup you'll see the Ohlins Road and Track/DFV is pretty much the gold standard for road suspensions on these. They were nearly $3,000 when I purchased them in 2019. The rear shocks have remote adjusters so they can be adjusted quickly without tools. If you don't like them - I still have the OEM coilovers which are fully functional, zero damage or leaks and fully assembled ready to bolt back in.
