Extremely difficult to get and it had a ton of setbacks. I remember the guy on the LS1.com forums by the name of FAST_ORANGE who spearheaded the whole setup. He got a bunch of people to preorder, which helped secure the funding for Incon to build the kit. The turbos are buried under there and are not visible from the top. I've never seen one with an Incon kit and it's very well thought out. This car is a fuel pump, injectors, and E85 away from 600 plus RWHP on 12 psi. Those turbos should be able to support even more if you dig into the short block. These cars seem to get really hacked when modded this much but not this one. Still has the EGR which I like. Also no traction control, you know it was never intended to be driven in the winter.
