You cannot go to just any branch for Historic plates, and for the few super-regional ones that can get it done - the line is insane (accept 100 ppl for the day as mid day onward they close to the public to deal with all the new car registrations that have piled up over the many months of closure). Your experience may very well vary depending on your state, and all of this would hold true for any car btw, domestic title transfer or import. In 2011, a timing belt change along with all the ancillaries was done, at 214,000 kms. Timing belt, water pump, belt tensioner, crank cog, new brake pads, coolant flush and all the fluids.\n Recently, I have taken off the rear axles, greased them and changed boots, if necessary, changed all fluids and air filters, spark plugs( Original Bosch plugs). Tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports,with less than 1500 miles on them.A cold compression test was done, varying from 125 p.s.i to 140 p.s.i., well within the norms. The head is original. \n I have spare vents for the car, and yes, it is a carbon fiber vinyl wrap tape that is around the climate control and gauges, which can be removed. The steering rack boot has been replaced. I had the headliner replaced professionally three years ago, after it started sagging.\n My car never sees winter duty, always stored from November till April.\n I do not have Carfax. They do not accept my VIN.\n I hope this answers your questions.\n Oh, one last thing. As I said below, I did not import the car. I\u2019ve personally driven this car a handful of times and it has been bliss each time. This wild guy even showed up to my house in the RS2 about 4 years ago when I lived in Ottawa to road trip down to NJ to purchase my daily Lexus ES300 from the infamous BruceM. Here I am thinking Dons WRX or Der S6 Plus will pull up but then bam RS2! That was a cool drive back to Ottawa, chasing the fine lines of the RS2. The RS2 has a presence about it. It seems since you've done leak dye, the evaporator might be bad if no leaks are visible in the engine bay.
